These terms apply to consultations, quotes, and installation or service work booked with SecureCam. They are separate from the Website Terms of Use, which only cover browsing this site.
These terms apply from the point a free consultation is booked, through to completion of any installation or service work agreed with SecureCam.
Solution recommendations shown by the Quote Builder or discussed with Emily are indicative only and based on the information you provide — they are not a final price. A fixed quote is confirmed by a technician at your free, no-obligation on-site or remote consultation, after we've had the chance to check anything the questionnaire can't see (cable runs, access, site conditions).
Consultation and installation bookings are confirmed by a member of the SecureCam team, not automatically by this website.
Standard scheduling windows, lead times, and any call-out fee policy for service/repair visits, to be confirmed by the owner.
Deposit requirements, accepted payment methods, invoicing timing, and any late-payment terms to be supplied by the owner before this section is finalised.
Notice period required to cancel or reschedule a booked consultation or installation, and any applicable fee, to be supplied by the owner.
You're responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the property for the agreed appointment. If access can't be provided and the visit needs to be rescheduled, standard rescheduling terms above apply.
If the scope of work changes after a quote is confirmed (for example, extra cameras or access points requested on the day), any price change will be discussed and agreed with you before the additional work proceeds.
Installed equipment and workmanship are covered as described in our Warranty Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, SecureCam's liability for services provided is limited to resupplying the service or the cost of having it resupplied. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If a concern arises about work carried out, please contact us directly first so we can address it. Most issues are resolved faster this way than through a formal dispute process.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
