What is covered

Owner to supply

Exact warranty duration and coverage per product/service category (e.g. cameras, alarm panels, access control, cabling, labour) to be confirmed by the owner. Reference elsewhere on this site to a "2–5 year" warranty range is a placeholder pending this confirmation, and will be aligned with whatever is published here.

What is not covered

Warranty cover generally does not extend to damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, unrelated building work, pests, or events outside SecureCam's control (such as storm or power-surge damage), except where the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

Manufacturer warranties

Some equipment may also carry a separate warranty from its manufacturer. Where that applies, it operates in addition to, not instead of, SecureCam's own workmanship warranty.

Making a claim

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your name, install address, and a description of the issue:

Phone: 0452 202 082
Email: hello@securecam.com.au

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have services re-performed or to receive a refund if the services fail to be provided with due care and skill. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
